Once you have decided on the opportunities you would like to be involved with tick the box next to the relevant option - fill in the boxes as per your requirements and enter the cost (excluding 17.5% vat) Complete your booking form with your full details, and return to:

Please ensure you have signed and completed the whole form including the payment options. Once we have received your booking form you will be contacted at the appropriate time for full details of your requirements.
Payment Process
As each opportunity may be charged at different times throughout the year:
separate invoices will be sent for each opportunity
separate direct debit forms are required on each option (direct debit available on individual orders over £500 – 6 equal payments)
individual payments are required for each pre-payments option (cheques payable to East Riding of Yorkshire Council)
